1. Attorney-Client Privilege & Confidentiality
At Tzedek Law, client confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. All information, summons briefs, transaction documents, or personal histories uploaded through our intake portals or shared in consultation are protected under the strict parameters of Indian attorney-client privilege (specifically Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by you when you use our AI intake form, request phone consults, or download resources:
- Personal Identifiers: Full name, phone number, email address.
- Case details: Descriptions of legal incidents, dispute summaries, and any uploaded summons/contracts.
- Usage Data: Simulated analytics to verify layout performance and page speed.
3. Data Retention & Erasure
We retain consultation data only as long as necessary to conduct conflict screening or maintain legal archives under Bar Council regulations. Clients can request complete deletion of their initial intake drafts at any time by emailing contact@tzedeklaw.in.
4. Digital Information Security
Although no transmission is 100% secure, we apply industry-standard transport layer encryption (HTTPS) across our portals to protect your files from unauthorized interception.
